They also have plenty of coat hooks and places to stow a gym bag if you prefer not using a locker. We also use the YMCA online pilates, yoga, and few other classes from home which is a huge bonus.

The track field feels a but unsafe, especially when running at top speeds. The staff and super helpful and caring, and always answer with a smile on their face. Would prefer over the Sportsplex most time, whilst the Spotplex has way more to offer, sometimes it is the community that counts.

From what I could tell the family changing room was a converted utility closet and was not conducive for children to dress/undress in my opinion. Fine for adult lap swim
