The staff at bitty bubbles are truly incredible. They are always smiling when we walk in. The staff celebrates each kids wins with them and sticks with them and encourages them when they need it. They are always very polite and accommodating any time I need to make a change in schedule. The pool is always clean as well as the bathrooms, changing rooms, and lobbies. Even when they are short staffed they take the time to listen to your questions or concerns. I am very glad this has been our first experience with a swim school.

We have had 5 different children do lessons through Bitty Bubbles over the past few years. Everyone of them have received stellar training of both Swim safety, and how to swim. Frequent casual parent trainings are also offered to ensure pool safety, but including literature (and sometimes goodies)! From ownership to front desk to Swim coaches, we have enjoyed and appreciated everyone that we and our children have worked with. On the occasion where there has been an oversight or a mistake, it’s never been questioned who was at fault, just repaired by ownership. For this, we are eternally grateful and will continue training our children at Bitty Bubbles because of the family relationship that has been created and fostered. I should also add that this facility has always been clean and is constantly undergoing upgrades.

My boys started here at age 5 level 3 and age 6 level 4. With their experience and expertise this entire team is beyond phenomenal. My oldest is on the spectrum and had some anger issues, when I tell you the patience of this team is heaven sent. He graduated so fast with all of their help. They should have this type of training for every sport. So many more kids could have bigger chances. My youngest is on track to graduate in the next month or so already. In half a years’ time. They both have so much skill in the water. My oldest will be joining the pc swim team which I never thought was possible. Highly recommend every time.

We have had the most wonderful 2 years with Bitty Bubbles! Some of the coaches that really stood out to us and made a positive impact on our son were Haley, Jacob, Kaleena, & Charlie. I must rave for a moment on Charlie's communication skills when she works at the front desk! She's always so positive and kind & I leave feeling happier after having a conversation with her! I can't say enough kind things about Brittany, the owner, as well. She's passionate about swim safety and offers thorough explanations and communication with parents. She's an open book as far as how the school is managed and always willing to answer any questions you may have! Thank you to ALL the coaches who have worked with our son!

I’ve had the joy of watching my granddaughter grow up at Bitty Bubbles since she was just 6 months old. By the time she turned one, she already knew how to roll to float. Not long after, she could safely exit the pool on her own. Now at four years old, I am amazed at the confident swimmer she has become. She can swim the full length of the pool, do both freestyle and backstroke, jump off diving boards, and go down slides all while knowing exactly how to get herself out safely. One thing that speaks volumes to me as a grandmother is that she has had the same wonderful teachers since the very beginning. That consistency, care, and dedication I feel have made all the difference in her confidence and love for the water. Her parents first enrolled her for safety, but what I think has truly shaped her experience are the teachers here. Their patience, encouragement, and expertise have turned a little one who started for safety into a joyful, capable swimmer. I couldn’t be prouder of my grandbaby, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Bitty Bubbles.
