Powered by GoogleBecause gym has reduced its weekend hours I think you need to reduce the monthly membership price I cannot work out Saturday and sunday because you close at 6pm!!! Most business dont even close until 7pm!! If this is an issue with staffing I am MORE than willing to pick up a shift for yall to be open an extra 4 hours. Closing at 10pm is already early I cant understand what other reason you would have for closing a public gym so early. Please this is beyond inconvenient 6pm is way too early it would be reasonable if it were like 8 or 9pm but 6pm!!! The sun is still out. It wasnt a problem for yall to be open normal hours a few months ago I dont know what changed but im debating on switching gyms and canceling my membership. Shrinkflation on a gym membership is crazy 40 dollars a month and I cant use the gym two days a week. Reduce the price if you are going to reduce the hours or have some sence to hire someone who can work an extra 4 hours on Saturday and sunday please.
Excellent equipment, classes, and staff. Highly recommend for frequent workout. Paying for the whole year was also really cost effective for us.
(Gymnastics program) My daughter's instructor was not welcoming, has no enthusiasm with the kids, and had a I am just here attitude. The girls would be doing things wrong and he made no corrections to show them how to correctly do what they were learning. They have a bunch of young adults who are supposed to be teaching but just stand around watching the girls instead of actually teaching them. There are a few good female instructors I saw and I mean a few. I highly recommend to go elsewhere for a Gymnastics program. It was a major disappointment to see the YMCA have a beautiful facility with bad instructors.
Director Troy was told many times this past summer to fix the air conditioner by many customers. It took over 3 months of constantly calling and reaching out to him before he fixed it. The light bulbs in the Zumba room have been out for several months. Many people have complained about it. But they still have not fixed it. A few months ago he told me that if I wanted to stay a valued member I needed to stop complaining about the air conditioning. Today, he asked me to donate money to the ymca. Because it costs a lot to keep up with repairs. His excuse was that they only have one repair maintenance guy currently.
My grandson goes to daycare here. It is so clean and everything is age appropriate. Separate playgrounds for different age groups. All staff were welcoming and friendly.
