It’s a shame that this is how they speak to people here… How was my husband supposed to know that this was anyone from the Academy? I expect better from a business serving children. Do better, and act like some type of professional, because this is not okay.

Unfortunately had to play at this place over the weekend due to Perfect Game scheduling. The amount of money we pay to play in Perfect Game tournaments, we shouldn't be playing at facilities like this. We played the early games and there were no restrooms/porta potties to use at the time we played. Owner of the facility was very rude to me when I asked to use the restroom and he even threatened to hit me if I did not leave his gated area. I was in complete shock as he subsequently let another guest use the restroom. I was told my only option was to leave the game my son was playing in and drive to the gas station to use the restroom!!!!! Classless facility and I truly hope Perfect Game does not give this place anymore business.

People that are rich in baseball knowledge and experience are not going to settle for too little production with talented players, and at the same time, won't overwhelm less talented players. Consistent exponential growth to prepare for high level baseball (High School, College, Pro) is very difficult to find at any one place in the world. As long as your inputs are character, discipline, and enthusiasm when learning, the results will be there. Everyone could use a tour guide on their baseball journey, don't spend time lost and looking for ways to improve.

I was really excited for my son to train here, although he is new to the sport. We are very big on communication! And I hate to say that this place does not have very good communication. I did not like that I had to drive up to the facility(after calling, texting, and emailing) to gain knowledge and the coach yelling at me that my son needed more training(or in his words that “he didn’t know anything”, which we told him he is we in the first email) versus the coach who assessed him to telling him that before leaving the night before. Also, I believe it was very unprofessional to tell my son that we “begged” to be a part of this team/training facility. Which of course is not true, especially due to us not knowing who the coach or the people affiliated with this training facility are or their stature in this game. And even though my son is disappointed, I know we will find somewhere he is comfortable and can grow into a sport that he loves! I truly hope they do better with how they communicate. Please remove the phone number on your website as it does not work, and consider putting in a reply email or on your site the time frame that you would get back to people. As I know this would cut down on someone taking time out to continue to email. It’s just good business etiquette and it’s considerate of their time.

If you like an unorganized program & are ok with the coaches belittling both parents & kids at practices/games, this place is for you! Truly disgusted by the lack of respect given to players who work hard. Owner refuses any communication to resolve issues too.
