Powered by GoogleWe love BBMA on west Georgia rd. The teachers love my child and take amazing care of her. The director and upfront management team are amazing and truly caring.
My oldest has been going here for 4 years and my youngest just started this year, we love the staff! They are like my boys second family, greatest daycare choice I could’ve made!
All three of our children have attended this center, and my husband and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and facility. Our youngest started at just 2 years old, and now is heading off to middle school—which speaks volumes about the long-lasting impact this center has had on our family. From the very beginning, we felt confident and at ease knowing they were in such caring, compassionate hands. The staff goes above and beyond every day, creating a warm, nurturing environment that feels like a second home. We have absolutely LOVED our experience here and are so grateful for the relationships we’ve built along the way. It’s hard to say goodbye to a team that has become like family to us!
I want to start off by saying that the teachers a West Georgia Rd are amazing! My children have been going to the facility for 4 years. They have been loving, caring, and nothing but understanding. I recommend this facility to all my co-workers when they are looking for a child care facility. The center is clean and always smells nice. The management team is always on top of any concerns I may have which is not many. We love the staff at West Georgia Rd!
When I first enrolled my child at BBM, I had high hopes for a positive experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. The only star I can give is for a few hard working teachers who tried to give my child a good experience. However, there were one too many instances that left me feeling alarmed for my child’s wellbeing. One event happened only on her second week of daycare. I came in to find her lying in a pool of vomit in her crib. The vomit was soaked into her clothes, in her ears, and caked on the back of her head. The staff had no idea she was lying in this state or how long it had been. When I brought it to the attention of the teacher on duty she simply replied, “oh she’s done that before.” No one had ever reported a previous incident to me. Granted, when this was brought to the attention of the manager she spoke with the teachers and apologized to me. However, it was very hard to feel my child was safe and well watched after this incident. The last straw was when my husband, who had NEVER walked into that daycare before, went to pick her up. He walked in, asked where the infant room was, and said he was there to pick up his daughter. They gave her to him WITHOUT checking his ID! They merely accepted he had a key to enter the daycare and so he must have been a guardian. After that incident I could no longer provide another chance to this establishment. I normally don’t write reviews, but my hope is to prevent another parent from going through a similar experience or worse.
