Beautiful views if you're lucky enough to be by the water. Houses are kinda kept within the legal limit. Some homes are better than others for the same price. Some areas are abandoned....on the main road. The PRICES are going up, making it time to leave. Also, if you manage to find an investment home, you have to pay an exit fee. It should be month to month. With all its faults, I still recommend it. The customer service, above average quality of life and convenience is all inclusive.
I was informed via a letter that my rent will go up almost $300 because of the “waitlist, outside market, and BAH rates.” I would love to see an appraisal for one of these homes. AMCC was clearly the lowest bidder and has no business running a company.
The pool was clean and clear. The staff was extremely helpful. The restroom were very clean. Glad we had the ability to spend some time at the pool.
A good place for the kids to play but there are no benches for parents and I wish they had a water fountain and more shade. Other then that there is a lot for the kids to play on.
