It offers overnight camp, day camp, and teen programs for children ages 7-14 over two summer weeks, with research-based, life-skills programming. The center is ACA-accredited and serves thousands of young people each year.

★★★★★BLIWent literally almost 13 or 14 years ago and had a absolute blast. I'm sure its changed at least a tiny bit over the years, but while I was there we made candles, navigated canoes, interacted with horses and other animals, and even practiced our archery lol. If I'm not mistaken, the food was pretty good. If this place is open when I have children and they're of age, I wouldn't mind letting them experience this opportunity. Long story short, this camp and the experience I had is legit enough to make me randomly think about it 14 years later at 2 am.

The staff was quick to assist with any questions. If the children want to learn about nature and their environment there are many of opportunities to learn, in a fun hands on way. This is a 4H camp so you will be participating in outdoor activities, if you don’t like the outdoors and getting dirty and walking a lot , this camp, probably will not be the camp for you.
