My five year old son has been attending Best Kids for months, and the experience has turned sour rapidly. They are often short staffed, therefore they are combining older kids with the younger ones and are not able to keep inappropriate things from happening. An older boy exposed himself to my son, and that is ABSOLUTELY not ok. When an attempt was made to remove my son from the program, the owner decided that the best option would be to charge us for an entire additional month, before allowing him to discharge, even though we will be removing him due to their inability to keep my son safe. This place is more concerned with how many dollars they save than how many children they keep safe. Very disappointed in the ownership at this place because the owner refused to even speak and forced an assistant employee to try to eradicate the problem unsuccessfully. If you want to keep your child safe, definitely do not send them here!

Best Kids Round Rock North Afterschool Program is truly a gem! My kiddos have been attending their afterschool program for their second school year now, and I can't express how impressed I am with the level of care, attention, and fun they provide. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring each child feels welcome and supported. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where kids can unwind after school while still engaging in enriching activities like Kung Fu, dance, and parkour. The summer camps are absolutely outstanding. With pizza Wednesdays, weekly trips to the park, fun weekly field trips and water play on Friday's, my kids look forward to attending each day. It's clear that the staff puts a lot of thought into planning fun and engaging weeks. I love how they keep the kids active, creative, and curious throughout the summer. One of the highlights as well is a Parent Night Out option. It's such a relief to know that my child is in a safe and enjoyable environment while I can enjoy a few hours on a Saturday evening. The staff is not only responsible but also genuinely invested in the kids' happiness, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, Best Kids Round Rock North has exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend this program to any parent looking for a reliable, fun, and enriching experience for their child. They truly understand the needs of both kids and parents! If you are looking for a place for after school care, call Hannah or Don and take a tour, you wont regret it! :)
