★K L (Ky)This studio appeared to be a professionally run establishment while my daughter only took some dance classes.... until I signed her up for the dance company and soon regretted doing so. I'm currently waiting to be refunded money paid for team gear and tights never given to me. I elected to remove my daughter based on the lack of customer service and rudeness of the owner, her staff, and family. I was then made to feel like I couldn't really remove my child which is ridiculous, the season just started and now my refund is being held up with "I'll review your account"....... I've sent emails and text msgs, and they have gone unanswered simply want the money I've paid and to move on from ever stepping foot in this studio... Update 9.27.23: finally got my account reviewed and refund initiated ... thx... however there is still the matter of the assault by your mother and damage of my phone on Sat Sept 23 2023, clearly there was enough room in front and behind me and how your mother couldnt seem to walk around or in front of me is beyond my thinking and others who were there as well. bumping me so hard knocking my phone out of both of my hands while just trying to take a photo of my kid on a parade float at 9am on Saturday morning.....According to police: always file a report day of incident, i elected not to call the police, but this too is a huge reason why i removed my daughter. I don't care how many people you get to review this place all of sudden... where were the reviews prior to complaint? Seems kind of fishy right? Oh well...... i have never been treated so poorly by a business promoting inclusiveness and any questions you have just let us know....an unfortunately this is a lesson learned to go with my 1st thought which was to NOT join the dance company. Expecting me to pay for such rude service and i should have called the police regarding the phone matter instead of taking the owners word for the unfortunate incident.
★★★★★Aimy FailsWe've been going here for 2/3 yrs now. When I first messaged Belle Ms. Meagan was SUPER sweet! Answered all the questions we were needing answered. We have a 13 yr old going here and she absolutely feels at home and loves it! Now we have a lil boy I'm hoping to join soon. Being apart of Belle for sometime, things have gotten even better. We have gotten to know her staff and her amazing family. Belle is not only a studio but is FAMILY. They have been there for our lil family more then our own. Their hearts are HUGE!!, by far the best business/family we are so PROUD to be a part of. God is good for leading us to Belle. If they will have us. We will do our best to always be apart of the Belle family.
