Bellaire Bats, open since 2016 at 5805 Chimney Rock Rd. in Houston, is a baseball academy with batting cages, one-on-one training and classes covering pitching, hitting, catching, fielding and base running, taught by coaches who are former professional players with over a decade of youth coaching experience. It runs camps across those same skill areas, hosts birthday parties, and fields competitive youth teams across age divisions in the Perfect Game Baseball Association. He knows how to build the kids' confidence while improving their skills, especially with batting and catching. Coach Juan is not only knowledgeable about the game of baseball, but also has a great ability to connect with and motivate his players. My son has developed great hand-eye coordination, improved his swing, and has become more confident on the field. The private training has allowed for one-on-one attention and has allowed my son to progress at a faster pace than he would have in a group setting. Coach Juan is also very responsive to our questions and concerns. He is always available to discuss my son's progress and address any issues that may arise.
