Before Gold Gymnastics is a gymnastics gym in Aspen (established 2011) serving boys and girls ages 2 and up, offering classes, competitive teams, tumbling and cheer. In summer it runs week-long gymnastics camps combining apparatus work (bars, beam, vault, floor, trampoline) with tumbling, obstacle courses, games and arts and crafts, focused on strength, flexibility and teamwork.
