They're a long standing institution in the Lakewood community. They adhere to their commitment to the Arts. However, they're mostly welcoming, and can be a bit "standoffish", at times.

My daughter has been taking Heather McCormick’s Art Discovery class for over a year now. She loves it! Heathers class is very low stress and she encourages the kids to be themselves and feel comfortable trying new types of hands on art. We love the Beck Center and Miss Heather!

Amazing facilities. Located in Lakewood, Ohio. This place has two theaters. This was the first time in my life that I ever had to be evacuated from a theatre. Apparently the smoke from James and the Giant Peach triggered the fire alarm. We had to wait for the fire department to show up and clear the building. Two Trains Running was unforgettable.

I took my three kids to the Beck Center on Community Night and I can’t even express how grateful I am for the opportunity. Community Night made it possible for us to enjoy a show together ... and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. The performance was fantastic, the staff was warm and welcoming, and my kids were completely captivated from beginning to end. During the show I kept looking at my kids and their eyes were glued to the performers. We talked about it the entire way home. It was such a special night for our family, and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Beck Center, for the unforgettable night!
