BGA has been amazing for my daughter this year! This was our first year enrolling in their aftercare program at FLE as well as their spring break camp at the Norman Arnold Unit. My daughter loves attending aftercare and it gives me peace of mind knowing that she's safe and also receives homework assistance. She also enjoyed her time at the Norman Arnold Unit for spring break camp last week (April 6-10, 2026)! She told me that she enjoyed the various activities and games. I absolutely plan to use BGA again next school year!

Don’t enroll your child here. It will be nothing but confusion and you won’t be able to contact the office nor will they respond.

No one will answer about the unauthorized charges To my card. It’s the school year. My daughter hasn’t attended since the summer.

My son is autistic and nonverbal, we attended summer camp a year or 2 ago in West Columbia. There were a few small inconveniences but nothing to make me not deal with the program. BUT THIS YEAR HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! I was told there was a new enrollment process so I had to redo ALL his paperwork and submit his IEP to the accommodations team. That was back in March and I've been getting the run around ever since. I've been waiting on a call/ email back from them for about 6 months and I follow up at least every 1-2 weeks. I rather they just say they don't accept special needs children anymore.

Since being approved for the childcare scholarship, there has been a credit on my account for months. I’ve been emailing Shantel Wingate since March 28 requesting my refund. She let me know that it would take 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks has came and gone and I still do not have my refund. I have called the office to speak with leadership and they have not returned my phone call. If you have recently been approved for the scholarship please check your account because they are not letting anyone no and holding your funds.
