The Barrow-Civic Theatre at 1223 Liberty Street in Franklin hosts the Franklin Civic Operetta Association's Youth Theatre Summer Camp, a five-day program for ages 8-16 in which campers work with a team of experienced directors and mount a full musical performed entirely by a youth cast and crew. The camp is an annual tradition now in its nineteenth-plus year, with recent productions including Pirates! The Musical.
