Ballston Area Recreation Commission (BARC) is a nonprofit established in 1952 that provides low-cost recreational, educational and athletic programs to families in the Ballston Spa Central School District and surrounding area, supported by the Towns of Milton, Malta and Ballston, the Village of Ballston Spa and the school district. It serves students in grades K-12 with t-ball, baseball, soccer, tennis, track and field, swim, basketball, youth theater, arts and enrichment programs. Each summer BARC runs a three-week summer enrichment program at no charge to students who attend, open to Ballston Spa School District residents; registration is handled through the BARC website rather than the schools. Daily hours for the summer program are not stated.

Powered by GoogleBARC is an amazing organization, and this field is a great place to run around! I would love to see them bring back the swings. I always had a great time here as a child it's been so fun to share that experience with my kiddo as a 5th generation ballstonian 🙂
My grandchildren love it here... Soccer and Lacrosse practice
I take my kids all the time to go play soccer at BARC!!!
Nice spot to star gaze and get a little fresh air but... Why the heck not leave a couple of the swings on the swing set
Recreation is most important for kids to grow and be happy in their environment
