For our busy boy, it was a way to develop focus and discipline. For our daughter, it was about maintaining fitness levels whilst gaining a knowledge of self defense. It has been almost 2 years since we signed up and we have never looked back. In addition to climbing up in the belt ranks, our children have gained so much confidence and love for taekwondo. The instructors are world class and are proficient in instructing students of all ages. They make the classes fun whilst still fulfilling the necessary criteria.
