The coach is clearly well-educated and excels at breaking skills down into manageable drills, with a strong emphasis on proper conditioning to safely and successfully learn new maneuvers. I honestly wish I had found this gym sooner. After spending over a year elsewhere, I have learned more in just one month here than I did in an entire year at the previous studio.
