I have tried called 6 times a day (trying every extension once) for 2 to 3 days a week.And at a different time on the days I do to accommodate for lunch breaks or other activities of that nature. I have left a voicemail on every line and yet to be contacted back weeks later. We were attempting to start piano lessons for my daughter and paid online a month ago now. They have the funds and have yet to contact us to schedule per the websites instructions of how this process is supposed to work. I would appreciate someone to contact me for a refund so I can search elsewhere for an instructor. Thanks!
