Untrustworthy staff that don’t keep your forgotten items. New winter jacket forgotten at the club. We called and informed we will return for future tournaments to retrieve it, however they decided to donate our item. Very unprofessional experience.

We had a very disappointing experience with tournaments at this club. On several occasions, the draws and scheduling appeared to favor certain players, while others were placed at a clear disadvantage. The lack of transparency in how the draws were organized raised serious concerns about fairness. We reported the issue to the USTA and hope it will be investigated. Until there is more transparency in how tournaments are run here, I would strongly recommend that players think carefully before registering for events at this location.

The weekday clinics are great, and she’s made so much progress in both skill and confidence with Coach Gabby. The tournaments are always well run, and you can easily watch your from the viewing area no matter which court they’re on. We’re lucky to have this club in Medford.

My family has been going to Arrowhead Tennis Club since about 2018/2019. We were introduced to the club by a friend/player/coach who highly recommended it, and since starting tennis there, we recommend it as well! When you first walk in, there is a large viewing area where you can see ALL the indoor courts - a wonderful perk for anyone who wants to watch the clinics, lessons, matches, and so on. Additionally, there is a higher viewing room with a small kitchen space, tables and a couple couches for a quieter area (for work, relaxation, etc.). For club members and players, there is a private gym space, which is helpful for warm-up, stretches and cool-down. The courts are well-maintained, clean, and are comprised of a great playing surface. These courts see a lot of amazing play, as the instructors are top-notch and the club hosts numerous clinics and tournaments weekly. Booking courts can be done over the telephone or by utilizing the website. With regards to the management and administration of tennis needs, my family has only had the best experiences. 🙏 Even the club owner himself has helped us coordinate court time, lessons, off-court training, and invaluable experiences to my family's tennis growth! With Arrowhead's help, my children have developed a true love of the sport, and I could not be happier! ❤️
