Rented a room for a baby shower and some black lady came in every 10 minutes checking on us all the time then we suppose to have the room till 330 and got rushed out at 3. Don't rent a room here you get treated like a inmate

I called looking for a spot to shower while passing through town, and was told that they "don't have public showers" and redirected to a homeless shelter. I don't really want to take resources meant for homeless folks, and I'm not sure why I can't just buy a day pass and use their showers. We ended up getting day passes at atc, where the staff were super friendly and said we could just use their showers.

I just started Shorin-ryu karate at the karate club taught out of the Armory. I have over 20 years experience in Japanese karate, but haven't practiced in about 17 years. So getting back to training was thrilling--if not slightly embarrassing seeing that my body couldn't replicate what my mind was telling it! If you want a more traditional karate experience, check out the CoMo Karate club at the Armory.
