The Arkansas Dream Center (now known as Every Arkansan) is a Little Rock nonprofit serving low-income children with a free after-school program that provides snacks, a full meal, homework help, tutoring, games and activities, along with community outreach. It is an after-school and outreach ministry rather than a summer camp.
