Powered by GoogleMy kids have a lot of fun here. We have done classes and open gym, and it is a great place for the kids to learn skills and expand their physical capabilities. My daughter is a lot more confident and has a safe place to overcome her fears and hesitations, and my son has a safe place to run around and push himself to his limits. The staff and coaches are fantastic as well. We really value our experience here and always look forward to going.
My daughter loves coming here for her gymnastics class. She's always excited before she shows up and about what they do in class that day. She has attended several of the extra day events they offer. We're even having her birthday party there.
We have always had a pleasant experience at Arizona dreams. My kids love the coaches and classes! Kylie at the front desk is such a kind, knowledgeable person and goes above and beyond to help and make everything go as smooth as possible. :) overall great experience here
Arizona Dreams is the only gym in the Quad City area that has the talent and resources to coach DP and Xcel Teams. When I watch how they handle each event at a meet it is a well-choreographed ballet. They know what each and every gymnast needs to hear or feel prior to their event starting. They know how to encourage and what to say if it does not necessarily go as planned and practiced. Our experience has been that the coaches consider every level to be equally important. They train the girls hard, they are honest about what they need to do. The coaches listen to the gymnasts’ concerns and encourage them to be self-advocates as well as be their teammates’ biggest cheerleaders. Lessons are learned at each and every meet and the coaches treat it as a lesson for everyone and never make the gymnast feel like they failed or were not good enough. Everyone learns something at every meet including me as the parent. It’s not about the medals or the scores (although they coach their girls very well to achieve great scores and medals). It’s about the people, the lessons learned at each and every meet and learning an excellent work ethic. Arizona Dreams is the best gym in Northern Arizona. The coaches always say: You can’t control the judges, you can’t control the scores and you can’t control the medals received. The list of what they can control is so much longer and way more applicable to their entire life. I always tell my daughter four things prior to her meets: Do your best, be a great person and have fun! The rest will fall into place as it is meant to be. The coaches at Arizona Dreams are a huge part of making this happen.
We have been part of the AZ Dreams family for many years and have had the joy of watching Analiza and Heather grow into their new ownership roles. They have always been exceptional coaches—deeply compassionate, endlessly dedicated, and truly inspiring to both athletes and families. Seeing the passion, energy, and care they are pouring into the gym now is incredibly exciting and reassuring. Their commitment to making AZ Dreams even better for athletes of all levels is so evident. We are beyond grateful to Analiza, Heather, and the entire staff for creating such a welcoming, positive, and high-quality gymnastics home for kids in our community.
