Argenta Contemporary Theatre is a North Little Rock nonprofit theatre whose July youth summer camps give young artists a creative week of theatre, storytelling and performance. Weeklong camps serve ages 8-14, a Summer Studio offers pre-professional intensives for ages 15-18, and short Broadway Boot Camps span kindergarten through 12th grade.

★★★★★Jack AbernathyWent here and watched the understudy perforce of On Golden Pond. The main lobby was open and inviting with available concessions. Auditorium had a good seating arrangement and it was easy to enter or exit my seat and the theater. The show was great. The sound and set was good and the cast did an amazing job. After the show I visited with some of the cast and crew members in the lobby and had some laughs. Fun experience! 🎭
★★★★★M FreyGypsy is the second musical that I have seen at Argenta Contemporary Theatre. The one thing that I can say, is that I need to go more. Each time, I have left so happy and thinking I need to come back soon. I had seen a previous live performance of Gypsy years ago in Fort Worth and my expectations were high, but they were met. The cast was so talented, the sets were perfect for the theater and the seats are comfortable. It is a perfect date night or excuse to meet a friend with great restaurants located within walking distance. It is open seating, so make sure you don't come late!

The entire cast was wonderful including Jonathan and the kids who all actually played their instruments live on stage each night. Set was clever and allowed great choreography and action on multiple levels. All around a class ACT and a show not to be missed. Love love love this venue.

Courtney is an amazing hostess along with the volunteers. This is a must see attraction. Plenty of food choices before the show and after performance cocktails close by if not at the event.
