Undertrained and impatient teenaged instructors. They would smile in the face of my child when she was crying and upset. Highly unprofessional.

I’ve had a really great experience at this gymnastics gym and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about joining. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly care about helping each athlete improve while still making practices fun. They do a great job creating a positive environment where athletes can grow their skills and confidence. The facility is well organized, and the training is structured to help gymnasts progress safely and effectively. Whether someone is just starting gymnastics or has been doing it for years, this gym does a great job supporting athletes at every level. Overall, it’s a welcoming place with great coaching and a strong team atmosphere. I’m really glad I’m part of it and would encourage others to give it a try!

I would like to share a recent experience we had at Arctic Gymnastics. My daughter arrived late to her class for the first time, approximately 10 minutes after it had started. She was not allowed to participate and was taken to the office, where she was crying and very upset. This was a difficult situation for her, especially since she is a young child and was very excited about attending her class. What concerned me most was noticing that on other occasions I have seen other children arrive late and still be allowed to join and practice. The lack of consistency in how this rule is applied was confusing and, in this case, had a negative emotional impact on my daughter. I understand and respect that rules and structure are important in a gym setting; however, I believe it is essential that policies are applied fairly and that situations involving young children are handled with greater care and sensitivity. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for families in the future

We love Arctic Gymnastics!!! The family that owns Arctic treats everyone like they are apart of their family. Our daughter is there the better part of the day, and she never wants to leave. Their after school care, gymnastics and home school has been the best we have seen. Thank you for helping our daughter grow into a smart, confidant, amazing little lady. We will continue to spread the word about your amazing family gym!!
