Horrible place. Teachers don’t care for the children. Admin go in and out, never fully address concerns parents have. So disappointed in this place. It used to be so good and have just gone down over the past few months.

We’ve overall had a very positive experience with Apple Tree. The staff are truly wonderful—you can tell they genuinely love kids and care about the families they work with. They’re always kind, understanding, and considerate, and it really shows in the way they interact with the children. Like any daycare, there are occasional challenges. Staffing issues do pop up from time to time, especially during heavy sick seasons, and they sometimes ask for volunteers to keep their kids home. While not ideal, I can see that they’re doing their best to manage things responsibly and keep everyone safe and healthy. They also work hard to accommodate parent requests, and although things occasionally get missed, it’s clear that the effort is always there. One thing I’ve come to appreciate is that no daycare is perfect—kids are kids. Sometimes a toy gets thrown at your child, and other times it’s your child doing the throwing. What matters is how the staff respond, and at Apple Tree, they handle these moments with gentle redirection rather than blame. In the end, I feel comfortable and confident trusting a place that genuinely cares and continuously tries. Ups and downs happen everywhere, but the heart and effort at Apple Tree make a real difference.
