★Joule CharneyThe park on the river in Anderson is completely closed. This was not disclosed on the Parks & Recs website. Even worse, I drove down a long street in my 32' RV with no where to turn it around only to discover the closure sign and barricades at the very end! I had to back up the RV the entire length of the road to the nearest crossroad. This was more than an inconvenience! It is an outrageous safety issue!

As far as I have seen in my 3 years living in Anderson they have done a wonderful job maintaining the parks. This address is also the location of Anderson City Hall and the community center where we come for square dancing.
