★★★Ginny Soethe CriscoI have taken my daughter here to have swimming lessons for years. She has done both private and group classes. They do load up the group classes and unless you have an experienced teacher, it seems difficult for kids to get the most out of the session. With that said, we took a break and went to another place but noticed that the strategies AKIM takes and the levels of abilities they assign to swimmers to show their progress is high quality. So we wanted to come back. Unfortunately, because we have a third party paying for our lessons, they would not take us back! After 6.5 years of lessons, they don't want to engage in a 40 second process (even if it were up to a 10 minute process) and then create invoices -- which they have to do for everyone anyway -- so we can take lessons there again. This is how much they care about the customer experience and keeping regular customers. Clearly they do not care.
