Powered by GoogleMy granddaughter attends the kindergarten ballet and tap class, and the instructor Michelle is great with the kids and very kind.
My daughter danced at ADA from middle school through her high school years. I appreciate their focus on proper technique, exposure to different styles of dance, and also building strength and confidence. Dancing on company, she found a second home of supportive and positive friends and instructors. We have loved our years at ADA!
My daughter had a great experience at ADA. From a first time beginner to seasoned pro, this dance studio is uniformly supportive. The girls in the classes are nice (not "mean girls") and the performance was great. One of my biggest pet peeves for children's dance programs is the over-sexualization of young teens with their dancing. There was very little overly suggestive choreography which I appreciate. My daughter's class challenged them to just the right level and she had a fun time doing it. The owners, front desk and support crew are SO nice.
American Dance Academy (ADA) is the BEST dance studio in the area! The love & support that Darlene and all the instructors show my girl is beyond measure. It’s a place where skills are developed/sharpened and dancers learn to balance discipline and fun, no matter their age. We love the way ADA gives our girl confidence in being a part of something so special.
My HS Senior started dancing at ADA at age 8 after leaving another studio for quality reasons. She is a member of the company and ADA has become her second family. While they are technically a competition studio, and are very successful in that respect, they always put the health and safety of their dancers first. They focus on perfecting technique and proper strength and stretching rather than just drilling flashy choreography. And if all you want is a little bit of dance, all of the teachers are great! We especially love the ballet master. I highly recommend ADA!
