★★★★★Hank WuWe had a truly wonderful experience at Gym Action Camps. From start to finish, both my daughter and I felt very well taken care of. We arrived a little late after the class had already started, but the staff handled it so thoughtfully. After checking in, a young instructor came out to personally welcome my daughter, showed her where to put her belongings, and walked her into the class. That small gesture made a big difference, it felt very warm and reassuring. I was also running late for pickup and I really appreciated the extra care from the team. They called to check in and make sure everything was okay. When I arrived, a staff member brought my daughter out and was incredibly understanding, while also ensuring she was safely picked up. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved the class and had a great time. Overall, the level of care, communication, and friendliness really stood out.

★★★★Dustin UnderwoodThe quality of the activities for my daughter’s 6 yo age group is pretty impressive. It’s certainly more engaging and thoughtful than anything I had as a kid. Some of the coaches and staff seem pretty worn out and tired though, and it is a machine of a business. There are 6 or 7 classes going on in their massive space at any given time. It’s not crowded, but it does seem like a constant flow. That said, my kid loves it. She’s always excited to go and excited after. She likes her coach, and even chose to have her birthday here.

I emailed describing my concerns and I got zero response or friendliness back. Just told me when my daughter’s last class would be. It feels like they just care about the money not the parent/child or class.
