My daughter attends Alpine for gymnastics and loves it! Vicky does such a great job ensuring each child gets individual attention and always offers a variance of activities. Editing my review since we've been here for almost a year now! My daughter LOVES Alpine Elite still! It's absolutely her favorite part of the week. She loves Vicky so much! Alpine does a great job giving each student personalized attention and I feel so safe having my kid there. We will be with Vicky as long as she'll have us!

Vicky should not be trusted with your children’s mental health. She operates without ethical treatment of older girls- engaging in gossip, rumors & shaming of my granddaughter. As a 30+ year educator of teens I recommend you take your children & money elsewhere.

We really enjoyed the class for our 3 year old and he was loving it too. Unfortunately some miscommunication on the part of the staff led us to be charged a late fee that we shouldn’t have been charged, and they wouldn’t drop it despite what I think was a clear and reasonable request. I own a business and understand cash flow and the need for timely payments, but my husband was supposedly told one thing (pay by the 5th or incur a late fee) and I, being the person who pays bills, called to confirm our billing status in December and was told something different (that we could pay cash at the first session of the month we attended). We arrived with payment in full on the 8th (the 1st of January was a federal holiday and though they were open we couldn’t attend due to the holiday). They refused to let us continue without paying the late fee. The class is already fairly expensive for 45 minutes of instruction for toddlers/small kids (usually $75 for 4 classes but up to $25 per class for December, during which they charged the full $75 for the month despite only offering 3 classes due to the holidays). We kindly asked to be forgiven the late fee due to the miscommunication and were denied. They had already previously confused the situation by enrolling us in auto-pay, which we had NOT approved or desired, which is completely financially irresponsible and illegal. Of course we weren't that upset, just asked for it to be changed. I spent time on the phone with them making sure that our account was up to date in December after they refunded my credit card for the charge I hadn't approved (we were paying in person in cash)...then today when I called to talk about the late fee, they told me that they don't think I paid for December, but "they weren't going to mention it". Apparently they don't have a very good system for accounting. Why wouldn't they "mention it" if they felt I owed them tuition, but then stand so hard behind a confusingly communicated late fee?? I feel disappointed that a small business in a small town couldn’t offer a more human approach to finances. Especially because we really did like the class and people and teachers involved. I’m sure there’s someone out there with more pocket money than us willing to take our place, and it feels like they knew that. Like I said, I’m left feeling disappointed and sad for the direction our town is heading.
