He knows what he’s talking about but most importantly makes sure that you understand the fundamentals and information he is instructing. Keck has help me in my journey of baseball by simply being someone I can talk to about the game and letting me use his facilities. Everything that is done at AK12 is done with a purpose and is goal oriented. Keck is a 10/10 guy and I 100% trust everything he says. If I was to recommend someone to a hitting instructor this is the guy I would recommend.

You get out in game like situations(hit trax) and make training fun. It’s a great mix of getting better and having fun while doing it. You are give a ton of tools online and in person to help your swing. You get reviews on your in game swings and your cage swings. It helps a lot and when you go in to hit the couple days a week, you really know what to work with.
