In the 3 years our daughter has been attending classes here, we've seen several coaches come and go. Coach Wendi is fantastic. We're not happy to see that Tio Sam Food is no longer there. He is such a great person and his food was delish!! What a loss. >=\ BRING TIO SAM BACK!!!!!

Do not have your children join this soccer program. Owners are greedy and do not provide reimbursements for missed classes when front desk and telephone staff offer it. They also changed there policy without notifying parents about not having an makeup classes unless your account is active. Trust me- all these people is your money and they don’t care about children at all. The coach “Stephanie” is nice but even she’s overworked with 20 kids to one adult on her Sunday classes. PLEASE BEWARE-ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS STEALING YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Today, I attended my daughter 1:00pm soccer session. The session was coached by Juan, who exhibited a highly unprofessional attitude during the session, despite my status as a paying customer. While seated on the bench, I observed my daughter in the warm-up line being repeatedly touched by another student. She asked him to stop touching her back. She appeared upset, prompting me to approach her on the field and inquire about her distress. She informed me that the boy would not cease touching her. I kindly requested the boy to stop and moved her to the back of the line to separate her from the other child. Coach Juan then turned to me and stated that he was handling the situation. I informed him that he was not, as he was only observing the child who was about to kick the ball, and I needed to intervene to assist my daughter. I retreated to the bench to continue working on my seven-year-old daughter's Kumon math homework. Subsequently, Coach Juan left the children on the field and approached the mesh fence, saying to me, "Next time I have something to say to him, wait until after the game and do not come onto HIS field to disrespect him." I responded to him by asserting, "Do not speak to me in that manner," and informed him that if my daughter encounters problems on the field, I will come onto the field. I stood up and informed him that I am a 40-year-old woman and that he does not have the right to speak to me disrespectfully. He then reiterated, "Don't come onto his field and don't disrespect him." In my view, Coach Juan should not be employed by your organization. He displays unprofessionalism, disrespect, and passive-aggressive traits, and therefore should not be entrusted to interact with both adults and children in any service capacity. His manner of speaking suggests a sense of ownership over the establishment and an attitude as if he were the customer. When I enrolled my daughter in soccer at AGS, I did not see any disclaimer indicating that the facility is exclusively for boys or that girls attend at their own risk of having their personal space invaded during warm-up activities. I am appalled that someone like Juan is employed by your organization and that he communicates with customers in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I genuinely believe this is part of a pattern, given his manner of speaking to me in a demeaning and angry tone.

DO NOT BOOK unless you 1000% your children want to play soccer. They hate to give refund claiming they’re a small business.( a lot of small businesses do refunds but whatever) I paid for 1 month session for my son, came to realize my son doesn’t want to play. They withdrew for a 2nd session I contacted them the same day and they said no refund, I WOULD NEVERRRR force my child to play. Cool I lost $95 bucks. I followed management order to cancel the sessions through website. I did that on November 24th and then they charge my card another $45 on December 21st exactly for what now?
