Adventures in Cardboard is an outdoor day camp for ages 8-18 built around live-action games, free role play and cardboard crafting: campers build a castle village and make their own props, costumes, arms and armor, then play tactical and exploratory games on the trails, with swimming or boating where water is safe. It runs 36 sessions each summer across seven parks 15-20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul, and eight of those weeks offer bus service from Powderhorn Park Recreation Center, with drop-off from 8:00 AM and return by roughly 3:30-3:45 PM. Sessions are mixed-age, and Classic Weeks follow the original programming; cost is listed at $515 per week.
