My child went to this daycare facility for one year & three months. I was pleased with the staff at first, prompt communication, & overall time my child spent there. As time went on my child was receiving too many incident reports, which made it appear my child was not being looked after. Rules were not being applied to everyone, & the fees were raised to an amount that I didn't feel lived up to the services received. I removed my child from this daycare, but appreciate the lessons learned.

My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. I have never had any concern about his safety or well being. The staff are absolutely amazing, and they have turned into family. They love my son like their own and I can see that. I love that they update me on what he does on a daily basis, and I know that he is in great hands. I would and have recommended this daycare to anyone I come across that is looking for a daycare.

My children have been going for a couple months now there’s never been a day where I worried about them being there with them. My one year-old smiles and runs into the room and he hugs me before I leave. He only cried the first week only because it was new, but since then has not. My afterschool kid loves the daycare too, and has had a wonderful experience. I love the update throughout the days on my little one and the pictures that I get on the app. There is really good communication with the staff in the parents And the rooms that they have them in are so roomy. I would definitely recommend this daycare to other parents. I have had a wonderful experience and so have my children.

If you need reliable childcare this is most definitely not the place to enroll your kids. Texts almost every single day saying, we are at capacity and cannot accept anymore kids. Director was trying to charge me when the amount of days missed exceeded the states 5 day minimum sick days as if I had to pay when they were denying kids care. I just wanted some reliable care for the kids, some stability. Instead, I had to pull the kids from a place they were used too and disrupt their relationships they formed. Frankly, I don't need nor appreciate the stress!!

Jerrica Buchanan is one of the best childcare provider I've seen in such a long time. My child just loves her! She teaches her so much, I couldn't ask for anyone better. My child is going to thrive in school because of this woman! I am so proud to say my child attends this facility and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
