The space allowed for all the kids to have somewhere to be while allowing us to utilize the main room to eat laugh and karaoke as she has a speaker in microphone combination. We intend to use this more frequently as a way to get together the space is intimate and affordable.

The Director and staff members actually show that they cared. I was kept up to date about the mishaps and triumphs during the day. I was informed about the changes that were made on a day to day basis. That simple gesture created comfort for me. Among many things, they made new friends and they got to enjoy the dynamics of conflict resolution, cooking/baking, business driven models, STEAM, etc. One of the things I really liked was the positive affirmations they repeated everyday. We do this with our kids every night at bedtime and it was great to see that it was enforced at camp. When it was their last day they didn’t want it to end. My kids can’t wait for next year to do it all over again. Thank you “A Break Deserved”, it was a great Summer and I truly got the break I deserved!
