His mechanics and confidence are on another level. If you’re looking for a coach who truly cares and knows the game I highly recommend matt.
★Mike PurvisTheir phones and scheduling are always screwed up when we call. Kids answering the phone with poor training from their managers. Also, the google maps number for San Marcos takes you to the Carlsbad location. Unless you are specific and ask careful questions, double and triple checking about the location and timing you’re going to have mistakes. Finally, be patient because they don’t pick up the phone on the first call or it’s busy. Likely just not answering the phone. For these reasons, I typically go to Big Fly.
★★★★★Asif Hameed5 Tool Hitting Center has great batting practice cages for softball and baseball. A lot of young baseball and softball players. May be future MLB prospect or hall of famer among them. Parking is very limited for the amount of kids present doing batting practice and the other parts of building with kids paying soccer. A lot of great energy in the building overall.
★★★★★Alexia GaraventaMy son just had his 10th birthday party at 5Tool, it was hands down the best experience and the most fun organized party we've had. Eli and Hannah were amazing coordinators, the cost was comparable to the local trampoline park but far more personalized and engaging. My son opted for dodge ball and whiffle ball, and while he loved both options the overall favorite was dodgeball (probably because the boys got to have parent vs. kid competitions and beat us badly). That being said, the parent engagement was a fun surprise. Everyone had a great time, my kiddo didn't want the party to end. I have no doubt we'll be having next year's birthday party at 5tool.
