I started 3XF because I wanted a dedicated program to help me gain muscle and loose fat. While I love to exercise, I never was fond of gyms. They are very intimidating and I never knew if I was doing anything right. So, I knew I didn’t want to just join a gym I wanted to join a program. That is when I found 3XF. While classes are an option, I opted for a dedicated personal trainer program as I was looking for that coaching and accountability portion of my exercise journey. It is exhausting, but exhilarating. When Joby asks where I feel it my response is always, everywhere Joby 😊. I am 6+weeks into my journey, I am gaining muscle mass and learning all about the importance of protein. Who knew eating enough protein could change your life. It has mine and I am thankful to have found the 3XF family.

I've spent a lot of money on cheaper gyms over the years but I never got the results I wanted, never stuck with it for more than a month, and never got over the gym nervousness. Those gyms didn't feel comfortable for me as a woman or plus-sized person. It was a huge waste. I've never made a better investment in myself than joining 3xF. I've been a member for about a year and a half and it's become a second home to me. The coaches and athletes in this gym have helped reshape my relationship with fitness and how I view my body. I look forward to moving my body now. It's no longer a chore or punishment or something I'm just supposed to do. I genuinely enjoy coming and working out among the friends I've made since joining.
