This Y is modern, clean, and full of opportunities for all ages and abilities. Plenty of handicap parking, a physical therapy group onsite, personal trainers, many free group exercise classes, an Olympic pool, therapeutic warm pool, and kids slide/pool indoors makes this perfect all year round.

I am thankful to have a place like the Y to go to. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The equipment and facilities are always clean and in good working order. The mornings are a little crowded with a mostly older crowd. The evenings are less busy with a younger crowd. Greater Kingsport Family YMCA, located in the same building as the Kingsport Aquatic Center, has an amazing facility with a variety of exercise machines and equipment, weekly group exercise classes perfect for all skill levels and access to child care services and youth programs. This Y has a basketball court, exercise gym, track and pickle ball. The Y is committed to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of social responsibility in the community.
