My son was in volts team ,we were never provided any information during the year about what my kid is working on neither on email nor phone despite making calls over and over again.our calls were never picked up for the whole year . Being year around team ,we were not given any calendar/details about program etc , because of which many times we visited to a closed facility. we were paying $100 per month, and we had no idea what my son was actually doing inside. There was no staff except for Ms Nichelle Mathur being only instructor dealing with multiple teams/kids at same time. She had assured us they will create Lego technic exhibit end of the year and will be put up at computer museum which was never created . This facility is a big con and many other parents shared the same experiences and disappointments with us.We paid for the whole year just to see my son’s Lego/robotic creation and there was nothing ! They never provided any progress report or any details about my child's work during the time he was inside the facility. They are biggest con and I would rate this facility 0 star if I could ! And last but not the least, at very beginning we had set up an appointment for the facility tour and shockingly no one was present on the day( it was closed ) which was a major reg flag. But we still went ahead believed in her and enrolled son for the whole year which was our mistake. I do not recommend this place to anyone !
