Have called multiple times - left messages and no one calls back - it's been 2 months now. Well I just changed my review from one star to 4 bc I did get a very nice call back from Carl Davis. He apologized and explained the issue with the delay. Also is giving me more for my $ in tennis lessons.

Called match point to see what’s going on and they don’t even know what’s going on. Haven’t heard back from them it’s been almost 30 min n we’re still sitting here for further info. Very disappointed my daughter was so excited to start tennis.

I work Monday - Friday in Downtown Chicago and the hours of operation don't work for me so I have to join a different gym. I'd be wasting my money because I would only be able to go maybe twice a week.
