My daughter has been at this school since she was 2 years old and we really love it. The teachers and staff have always been very caring and attentive with her. It’s been really nice to see how much she has grown and learned there. Now she’s in VPK and I’m honestly amazed. She’s already starting to read, writes a lot of words, and can spell short words easily — and she hasn’t even started kindergarten yet! We’re very happy with the school and grateful for everything the teachers do.

I placed my child at Learning Academy Childcare for six months. While I was pleased with my child’s learning progress, I was extremely disappointed with the administration and how they handled our departure. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the two-week notice policy for withdrawing our child, and we decided to remove her after a few incidents where another child bit her 3 times in less than 2 months . To my surprise, the childcare center waited until the very last day of the following week to inform us that we either had to pay for another week or keep our child enrolled. This situation felt unfair and frustrating. Additionally, my interactions with the owner, Andreina Barreto, were not helpful. She was unaccommodating and insisted on payment before providing the tax ID, which I found quite unfair. Overall, I would caution other parents to be aware of their strict policies and how they handle withdrawals.
