Previous reviews completely accurate. Absence of organization and communication. Never know when games are. Obvious favoritism, leaving other children with self esteem issues. Quality of coaches are hit or miss. Either get a wonderful coach or one that sits and watches the clock tick. Randomly asked to pay separately for practices after season kicks off. Emails up the chain get no response.

This is a very poorly run, disorganized program. We are glad our contract is over, and will not be signing up with DCBA again. The only reason I gave two stars is because the coach was excellent. However, the director/owner/manager of DCBA is extremely disorganized and is terrible at communicating. Also, we paid $175 for team uniforms in March, which never arrived. It took many, many parent complaints and constant phone calls to get the situation resolved. We finally received refunds in October (after the season was over), but it was only because the owner of the Fieldhouse intervened and issued refunds himself. DCBA, apparently, was not going to voluntarily refund the money in a timely fashion. (for clarification, DCBA is not affiliated with The Fieldhouse, other than DCBA rents court space from The Fieldhouse).

Update: I originally gave 1 star due to lack of communication. However after a family member and friend reached out to the owner to tell of my issue, the only Mr. Banks, reached out right away to resolve this. I truly appreciated it. I would give 5 start but I'd prefer to see how it continues to go. Original post : Unless I finally get responses for my many attempts to contact them, they get 1 star. I asked for my twins to be put on the same team. They were not. So I asked it be corrected via phone voicemails and many emails...with NO response. My last email and voicemail, today, I said I wanted a refund for the $360 already paid. Communication is awful, non-existent.
