We have been with this daycare going on 4 years and I would absolutely pick this daycare over and over again. All 3 of my kids have had absolutely wonderful experiences. Every single individual working here shows love and attention to my children. Please do not listen to negative reviews at all. This daycare is one of the most involved that I have ever seen when it comes to wanting a team effort with parents. The staff communicates all positive and negative aspects of my children and we work together to trial and error any behaviors or praises for my kids. As a parent you have to understand that things happen to kids. No child is perfect, and no school is perfect. They will get "boo-boo's," but they will 99% of the time have really amazing days." As a parent, there is no greater peace of mind then knowing my children are treated as the daycares own. I love this facility and the staff working within the walls, and I would absolutely recommend anyone coming here!

My daughter has been attending Creekstones Academy - Sango for about 6 months and always receives the most exceptional care every day! All her daily activities are posted to the Procare app the center uses which I’m able to view at any time, and all of her teachers are always welcoming and friendly! My daughter has learned so many new skills and she’s always excited to come to school! We love Creekstones Academy - Sango and definitely recommend to all families looking for above and beyond childcare!

This is my first child to enroll in daycare and this was the best choice for us. She’s now 1.5 and has been there since 6 weeks. She is so loved, has made friends, loves and asks for her teachers by name. I love that they support self help skills from the start through teacher and peer relationships. Her communication and independence is fantastic for a 1 year old. (Wish I’d had it with my big boys) She’s strong willed and they work with me through toddler-isms so we’re all on the same page. (Kids are learning to be human and they’re not here to make me feel like a bad parent but offer support and work together 🤷‍♀️ such a relief) I feel less guilty having her in care knowing that she’s genuinely learning social skills and having a fun time because the teachers and management WANT to make it fun experience and enjoy their work. **** They’re very attentive, they caught a developing injury that happened at home just before leaving for the day, had they not caught it and called me she could’ve been so much worse for wear.

As a first time mom who was very anxious about taking my baby to a daycare in this day and age with all the horror stories, I could not be more thankful that we found Creekstones Academy in Sango. Miss Dee was extremely helpful answering all my crazy questions during the tour and application process for my son. He was able to start just a week after and was 4 months old at the time when I went back to work from parental leave. He has been going for about 9 months now and has just blossomed in the infant room with Miss Heidi and Miss Angie! He had a tough time at first adjusting but that never phased his teachers one bit. They gave the extra attention he needed to help him become social with the other babies and independent with eating and sleeping. They host picture days and petting zoos, dress up for spirit days and decorate for holidays. Even in the infant room they read books, do art and other educational activities with the babies which I love. My son loves going to Creekstones everyday to see his favorite teachers and friends and I feel that he is in a safe environment. They are also extremely understanding of military family situations and obligations. I recommend this daycare! Even though it is a little out of the way for my family we continue to take our son because they love him as if he was their own.

I have been reserving this review for about a year now. The situation at this daycare, when it was called "The Village" before being renamed "Creekstone," was horrible. When my daughter was just a few months old when she had received a few head injuries, including falling backwards from a near-standing position, because the lady said that she did not feel my daughter's physical contact or presence, so when she walked away, my daughter fell backwards. Mind you, they did not place any play mats, so the flooring was a hard tile floor. Another incident occurred when they lost control in the classroom and allowed her to climb on furniture, which resulted in her falling and hitting her head on the floor again. Another incident is when workers neglected to make sure that the cords to devices were out of reach of kids. Well, they neglected to put the cord away for the bottle warmer, and my daughter grabbed the cord, and the bottle warmer fell on her head from the height of the counter. The workers there felt like they were just volunteers, and management felt like they were running a concession stand at a kids' league game. When it was time to address the situation about the bottle warmer hitting my daughter's head, management told us that she had retrained everyone to ensure the safety of the kids, including prohibiting workers from letting children climb on their legs. Well, the next day, talking to management in my daughter's room, another worker who was talking with me and my wife, who happened to be carrying a child in her arms, just let another child climb on her leg in front of us. These people are not professional and considerate of the infant's safety and security.
